Pricing
Transparent, Simple Fees
Our fees are straightforward and disclosed upfront — no surprises at the appointment. Massachusetts law sets the maximum per-signature notarial fee; our travel fee varies by distance.
Notarial Act
$5 per signature
The Massachusetts state-regulated fee per notarial act (acknowledgment, jurat, etc.).
Travel Fee
Varies by distance
A travel fee is added based on your location within our service area. Quoted at booking.
After-Hours & Weekends
Small surcharge
Evening and weekend appointments may carry a modest additional fee — always disclosed upfront. This is in addition to any travel fee. Evening: $25 Weekend: $30
Multi-Document Packages

Have multiple documents or lengthy documents that need to be notarized? Contact us for a quote. At this time, we do not offer loan signing services but can work with your realtor, loan agent, or attorney to notarize documents at their office.
